ICON FILTER have add to this rich legacy by developing economical models of medium high vacuum insulating oil conditioning plants which find application especially with distribution transformers. These have been well received in the power sector and forms a sizable population today.

In addition, oil conditioning plants with multistage degassing system have been developed to cater to transmission volages in excess of 400kv.

The high capacity transformers in use today have to scope with the voltages in excess of 200 kV. In this context, it is imperative to maintain optimal insulation properties of the transformer oils by rigid control, over moisture, dissolved gas and participate contamination. In addition, filter units must be designed for maximum throughout to minimize downtime on installed capacity.

IKON HIVAC FILTERS have been carefully designed and meticulously engineered to meet this critical need. They provide quick and economical conditioning of inculating oils in transformers with voltage as high as 400kV and oil holding capacities as large as 100 tones.

The moles offered include High Vacuum plants of IHV type and Ultra High Vaccum plants of IHVR type. To cater to more demanding applications involving even more stringent oil specifications we offer multistage model of IHVR-2d TYPE. The above plants are manufactured in any capacity ranging from 300 LPH to 12000 LPH or even more, depending on specific requirements.

Besides the above standard models which would cover the normal requirements for conditioning oil, we also cater to special requirements calling for inclusion of some additional features/elimination of certain features/change in capacity, etc.
